All Domestic orders over $75 are shipped for free, and all International orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee. We use UPS, USPS, and DHL shipping services. NOTE: for international orders, all customs and duties (VAT) fees are the responsibility of the buyer and not DuFrane. 

New DuFrane watches in original, unworn condition may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. All watches must be returned with all original packaging and paperwork. To initiate a return, simply email info@dufranewatches.com and we will provide further instructions on the process. Return shipping fees are not included.
