New DuFrane watches and accessories in original, unworn condition may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method (minus the credit card transactions fees which is typically around 3%; I cannot recoup those fees from the card processors). Returned items must include all original packaging and paperwork and be in unused condition (straps that have been worn and have any curvature are not subject to return). Once your returned item is inspected and accepted as a return, your refund will be processed. To initiate a return, simply email howdy@dufranewatches.com and I’ll provide instructions. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, not DuFrane. Once a return is accepted and completed, please be aware that it may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to the original form of payment used. 

NOTE: Cancelled Orders (orders placed and then cancelled prior to shipping) are subject to a restocking fee in the amount of the credit card transaction fees (typically around 3%). If Shop Pay Installment payment option is used as the original form of payment, there will be an 9% restocking fee for Returned Orders. This fee amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Pre-order watch purchases are not refundable, so please be 100% committed to your upcoming DuFrane!
